Q. Why should I have someone else sell my things for me?

 A. Allegro Auctions has been selling on eBay since December 2000. In that time we have created a loyal customer following, a feedback page on eBay with more than 1,000 positive remarks, and have attained a Gold Level Powerseller status with eBay.

        This means that with our experience, expertise and visibility in the eBay community we can greatly maximize your items value.

        Several of our clients who had previously attempted to sell on their own reported that we sold their items for as much as 60-percent more than similar items they sold without our help. so paying for our service and then some!

        This is because buyers respond well to our detailed photos of an item, detailed descriptions and over all professional and attractive presentation.

        You can be sure that our service will attempt to receive the highest amount for your items.

Q.  What kind of things can you sell?

 A.  We have experience selling a huge variety of things and can handle the sale of most any type of item.

        The most popular type of products are computers and electronics, designer clothing and accessories, automobiles, collectables and antiques, house ware items, art work, sporting goods, coins, DVD'S, video games, etc.

         We are not limited by those categories, and as previously stated have experience selling a wide variety of items

Q.  What fees do you charge?

A.   There are never any upfront fees or fees to pickup your items.

The only time you are charged a fee is if your item sells.

The commission rate is 25% + $4.99 per item (helps cover eBay and PayPal fees)

We pay the cost of listing on eBay which can be as much as $4.05 per item.

Q.  How exactly would you sell items?

 

A.  Once we pickup and receive your item at our office we begin by doing some preliminary research of your item(s) on the internet. This gives us an over all idea of what the key selling points of your item are.

 

         We follow by photographing your item with a state of the art 5-megapixel digital camera.

 

         After we obtain detailed images we write and design an attractive auction in a "HTML" editor.

 

         Once we have this we upload your item on eBay and schedule the listing to start at a specific time and price it in a manner which will attract the most interest and ultimately achieve the highest sale price.

 

         During the auction we answer all buyers questions.

 

         After the auctions end we invoice the buyer and collect payment. This is followed by the packaging and shipment of the item to the buyer.

 

          Finally we send you a check.

Q.  What if my item does not sell?

A.   If your item does not sell we simply return it to you.

 

Q.  How soon will I receive my check?

 

A.  You will receive a check typically one to two weeks after all of your items sell.
